Nujum Alkhaleej provides private ground transport and related travel assistance (such as Umrah taxi, airport transfers, Ziyarat tours, family and group transport, and hotel and visa guidance) in Saudi Arabia. This website is informational and is used to start a booking enquiry on WhatsApp.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

• Submitting the form or sending a WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is only confirmed once our team replies on WhatsApp and agrees the vehicle, time and price with you.
• You are responsible for providing accurate details (dates, times, flight numbers, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger and luggage counts).

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are not published on this website and are confirmed individually on WhatsApp based on your exact trip.
• There is no online payment through this website, no card processing, checkout or deposit.
• Any payment terms are agreed directly with our team and settled offline.

4. Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a trip, please notify us on WhatsApp as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to driver and vehicle availability. Late changes during busy Umrah and Hajj periods may not always be possible.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location; significant delays may affect your trip or onward connections.
• Carry valid travel documents and follow Saudi laws and the lawful instructions of your driver.
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect; you are responsible for any deliberate damage caused.

6. Our Responsibilities & Limitations

We aim to provide safe, clean and punctual transport. However, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, security checks, flight delays, or crowd conditions during peak religious seasons. Travel times stated on the website are estimates only.

7. Hotel & Visa Assistance

Hotel and visa assistance are support services to help guide you. Final hotel availability and visa decisions rest with the relevant hotels and authorities, and are not guaranteed by Nujum Alkhaleej.
